you know what sam.gov is? it's a dumpster fire with a search bar. thousands of contracts floating around, most of them not for you, none of them explained in human english, and zero help figuring out which ones are actually worth your time.
defense tinder fixes that.
swipe right on contracts that fit your company. swipe left on the ones that don't. get ai-powered match briefs, risk flags, and a reverse-engineered bid timeline, all from your desktop, no subscription, no cloud, no one watching your data.

what it does
smart matching set up your company profile once (naics codes, certifications, clearance, states, past performance) and the app filters sam.gov down to contracts that actually make sense for you. things you're not eligible for? never appear. things outside your geography? gone. you only see your lane.
"why this match" briefs every card tells you exactly why it showed up. "you performed for the va in 2022, your naics 541330 is primary, and this is set-aside for sdvosb which you are." you trust the feed because it explains itself.
risk engine before you commit hours to a bid, the ai stress-tests it. complexity alerts. competitor alerts. low-profit alerts. experience gap analysis. it tells you what you're walking into before you walk into it.
milestone timeline swipe right and the app reads the rfp complexity, looks at the deadline, and builds you a reverse-engineered bid calendar. "have your outline done by tuesday." no more submitting something half-baked at 11pm because you didn't plan it out.
pipeline management everything you swiped right on lives in your pipeline with full ai analysis, risk breakdown, and a milestone checklist you can actually tick off.
key expiry alerts sam.gov api keys rotate every 90 days. the app tracks that and warns you before it happens so you're never dead in the water.

you need your own api keys
this app uses two apis. both are yours to manage. i'm not holding your keys, i'm not proxying your requests, your data doesn't touch my anything, and i dont have api for the world kinda money.
sam.gov api key free. get it from sam.gov, profile, account details, public api key. takes about 30 seconds. higher rate limits require entity registration (10-15 business days) but basic access works immediately.
claude api key powers all the ai analysis. get it from console.anthropic.com. you pay anthropic directly for usage. it's cheap for what you get.
